Crispy Pasta Chips with Dipping Sauces

Here’s a simple recipe for Pasta Chips:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pasta (any short pasta like penne, rigatoni, or bowtie)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Dips (like marinara, ranch, or hummus) for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta:
  • Boil the pasta according to the package instructions, but cook it slightly less than al dente (about 1 minute less). Drain and let it cool.
  1. Season the pasta:
  • In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. You can also add Parmesan cheese at this stage for extra flavor.
  1. Air Fry or Bake:
  • Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the pasta on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until crispy.
  1. Serve:
  • Remove the pasta chips and let them cool for a minute. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauces like marinara, ranch, or hummus.

Enjoy your crispy, crunchy pasta chips!
